The Venture Club of Louisville is a nonprofit organization that provides a forum for entrepreneurs to meet prospective investors or venture capital companies. The Venture Club of Louisville does not function as an investment advisor or securities broker-dealer. The Venture Club of Louisville, its officers and directors receive no fees, commission or remuneration for their respective efforts. All applications will be evaluated by the members of the Five-Minute Presenter's Committee in their sole discretion. Applicants agree to hold harmless The Venture Club of Louisville, its officers, directors and members for any and all damages caused by the consideration of this application by the Presenter's Committee or any presentation by the Applicant at a Club meeting. By presenting, company/presenter agrees to report results (i.e. funding, investors, contracts, etc.) to the Venture Club of Louisville within 3-6 months of presentation.
