Monthly Luncheon Meeting Sponsorship Opportunity a Win-Win Proposition!
Overview and Key Client Target Market Contacted: Enterprises receive significant marketing and sales exposure to one of the largest monthly gatherings of entrepreneurs and potential investors from Kentucky and surrounding states, including both private investors and representatives from most of the largest venture capital firms in the region.
Typical Number of Participants at Meeting: 120+ (with 300-400 attendees a one or two times a year for special speakers or events.)
Benefits Received by Sponsor:
- Your company's name, logo and position as sponsor will be prominently displayed (1) on the front of the monthly newsletter mailed to members, (2) on the Venture Club web site, and (3) on the monthly e-letter. Also, your logo and role as Sponsor will be prominently displayed on the PowerPoint slide projector screen seen by all attendees as they enter and during the meeting.
- Your company will be the exclusive sponsor for the meeting and no other company will receive this exposure or these benefits. Companies are limited to only one sponsorship opportunity every 4 months.
- At the beginning and end of each meeting, your company as Sponsor will be formally announced and thanked by the Venture Club president.
- During the one minute announcements at the beginning of the meeting, you will be given an opportunity to address the audience briefly concerning your services.
- The monthly meeting and lunch fee of $35/per person will be complimentary to you for up to 5 attendees An exclusive table will be reserved for you at the front of the meeting. The keynote speaker will also be seated with you. For co-sponsors, each sponsor is allowed 3 complimentary guests.
- A table will be provided to you to display your sign, brochures, etc. Please call the Venture Club Administrator, Taunia, at 502-589-6868 to make these arrangements. Your company is responsible for providing all signs, and materials and removing them following the meeting.
- You may place one piece of promotional material at each luncheon table seat. All such material is subject to prior approval by the Venture Club. Again, please contact the Club’s administrator Taunia Viergutz at 502-589-6868 for approval of all display material.
Meeting Format: Each meeting features a keynote speaker; three, formal pre-screened, five-minute presentations by companies seeking capital; and several one-minute announcements concerning potential investments and other related regional topics.
Meeting Time and Location: The first Wednesday of each month at the Galt House in downtown Louisville.
Cost: $1,500 per luncheon/event, payable and non-refundable 45 days prior to the meeting date. Two companies may split a sponsorship for $1,000 each. (Key speakers and special events are not known in advance and occur randomly throughout the year. Consequently, sponsorship cannot be obtained for specific events, just for specific months.)
